A Bit About Me and My Business

Larry Holland Home Inspection is a small company; one person in size to be exact.  I don't rush and I don't rush your home inspection.  I take the time to answer your questions before, during and after the home inspection. During the home inspection my focus is on you and the condition of the home.  

I was born here in Vermont and moved away in my 20's to study studio art furniture building and to attend Rochester Institute of Technology. A few years after school my family and I moved back to the area.

Having completed thousands of inspections has refined my skills at moving through a house methodically, thoroughly and efficiently.

​I rely on my knowledge and skills while using a set of basic tools which have been proven and reliable.  Using these basic tools allows me to keep my focus on the conditions of the home and the buyers.

1000's of inspections over 14 years including large commercial properties, multi-million dollar homes, condos, historic properties and lets not forget the basic 2 bedroom starter home.

​I am a 2009 graduate of the Carson Dunlop ASHI@Home Training Program.
Studies included Roofing, Structure, Electrical, Heating, AC and Heat Pumps, Plumbing, Exterior, Insulation and Interiors, Grounds and Grading, Communication and Professional Practices.

​This training was 12 months of studies including hands on field exercises, practice home inspections and exams. Carson Dunlop was and is the most thorough and the absolute best home inspection training available.
